Happy Bday TZ! (2007)
Got back Eunice's laptop after sending it for servicing. Mine looks nicer than hers :D
Movie session at TZ's house. Watched House of Wax (Not scary can?) using 3 laptops, all starting the show at the same precise time. Not really the best horror show around, but hey, whatever.

30th May 2007.
After a hearty game of poker cards, we went downstairs to have a drink while waiting for TZ's upcoming birthday.Under his block, we walked to the shelter where we talked about some movies we've watched about.
Maybe its under the influence of alcohol, we started discussing issues such as Doomsday, terrorism and other topics such as really gore horror movies (Saw series)
We talked about the September 11 incident, attacking the World Trade Center and Pentagon.
Many lives were lost no doubt, but there was a significant twist where we asked ourselves, whether the plot could be mastermined by the Americans themselves.
Kenneth talked about a Youtube video, where the video showed Americans planting bombs at the pillars of the World Trade Center. We talked about how dark the world of politics was, where every single movement made by any strong countries, it was all about controlling the economy. Taking into account of what we said might be true, we were beginning to feel skeptical about the September 11 Incident.
What if, what if, the States had already planned this whole "drama" themselves, what if, this whole plot, it was devised by the Americans, to use this as an excuse, to give them the authority in the name of ridding the Terrorism that drove the planes into their WTC, to enter the Middle East Nations, for their Oil resources?
Talking about the recent tremors that occurred in Singapore during the latest Sumatran earthquake whereby even parts of Singapore could feel the tremors. Ken and Tz talked about their experience, where Ken could feel a movement under his feet and could see items shaking. Tz told us that standing at the 13th floor, he said that it is stronger than what you would expect, if you think that you would be able to stand the enjoy the whole "slight shake under your feet", you are so wrong. Maybe that was what other parts of Singapore would have felt, in particular Toa Payoh if my memory didnt fail me.
Tsktsk, we were always told that Singapore is a country where we couldnt be affected by natural disasters such as the tsunamis and earthquakes. Lucky for us, we have Sumatra to block away the waves for us. But what now, if the earthquakes from neighbouring countries were to get stronger, and we would all fall because of one strong earthquake? We'll never know.
People who were there that night, were all so into this topic already, about doomsday where we would all die because of some reasons.
Coincidences some might say, Ken said that Osama Bin Laden spelt in some Wellington font or what not, would be September 11 with a Satan's logo behind it.
Now what the heck?
Weimin talked about how we would enjoy frog leg porridge eh? But do you know, that frogs dont even know they are dying, even til the point where you boil them? They still go around croaking, until their systems fail them, and they die. For me Bh and Wm, the most convincing way that Doomsday would arrive would be Global Warming, where we would just be trapped in Earth, not knowing that the weather's too warm for us to take it, until one day, we would all unknowingly just die, like the frogs.
Weimin also mentioned about the recent discovery of the many Giant squids. These kind of Giant squids, they exist, but, they are the kind where they would stay under the deepest seas, and never to show themselves to the world. But however, the recent discovery of them, appearing and surfacing one by one and captured by fishermen, does it mean that seriously the water's getting warmer and warmer by the day and they just have to surface and find other habitats?
Nigel said that we are lucky, because scientists have come to a point whereby they say that the Earth would not be able to take the toll of Human's polluting activities and the Earth would just die off in maybe 50-200 years, so it wouldnt affect us. But, how would our great great grandchilden be affected? How?
So much questions we have in mind, the Bible, Doomsday, and politics, and we would wonder would any savior come one day and save us all from poverty, from politics, from sufferings?
We still ask why.

Always my most guai lan friend ever, back in the CCHY days, there's only 1. Only 1 who would dare to pinch your nipples, and stand there and snigger infront of you. He is the one, the only one. Now in my poly life, there's no one in class like him, I've gradually taken over his place, because I cant find the other one, that have such fun like we did. Miss this skinny hobo much man, hope you'll do well in YJC, and dont do that because I blogged about that la alright? Lol.
